I had a wonderful head spa experience! The salon was very clean, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. I absolutely loved my massage experience! The therapist was very skilled and focused on all the areas where I had tension, especially my neck, shoulders, and back. I felt so relaxed and refreshed afterward. The atmosphere was clean, peaceful, and welcoming. One of the best massages I’ve had, and I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

The spa is clean, calm, and very relaxing.
The head spa treatment is absolutely amazing — the massage is gentle but very effective, especially for the neck and shoulders.
I felt so refreshed and stress-free afterward.

Nails service is also top quality. They are very detailed, take their time, and the nails always turn out beautiful and long-lasting.

I was very disappointed with my first experience at this spa.
I used the online booking system on their website the night before to schedule an appointment. The next morning, I adjusted the appointment time to be 1 hour later in the morning through the booking system without any issues and received confirmation. I have the confirmation emails showing that my appointments were successfully booked and confirmed.

When I arrived for my appointment, I was told that no one who performs the service I had booked was working that day, and that the owner would need to call me. Unfortunately, this information was only provided after I had already taken the time to travel to the spa and arrive for my appointment.

A business’s online booking system should accurately reflect staff availability and prevent appointments from being booked when the service cannot be provided. As a first-time customer, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience that wasted my time and left a very poor first impression. I expected much better communication and organization, especially when I had written confirmation that my appointment was booked and confirmed.
